Your Right to Cancel
As a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. You do not need to provide a reason.

How to Return an Item
- Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns
- You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items returned outside of the 28-day window
